Trusty Tape（信頼のテープ）は、ウィノナのみが作成できるキャラクター専用アイテムです。Tools Filter、Clothing Filter、Survivor Items Filterのいずれかから作成でき、材料は草3個と糸1個になります。ゲームスタート時点で彼女はテープを3つ所持しています。ソーイングキットと同じで5日分の衣類の耐久値を回復させる効果がありますが、こちらは1つにつき1回の使い切りとなります。他にも、同じくウィノナ専用アイテムであるWinona's Spotlight、Winona's Catapult、Winona's Generator、Winona's G.E.M.eratorの材料として使われます。

- Five pieces of Trusty Tape can fix the the same amount of items as a Sewing Kit, while using only 5 Silk instead of 8. Unlike 2 Hound's Teeth, 15 Grass can be gathered faster, easier and without putting the player in danger. This makes using Trusty Tape a safer and much more affordable way to repair items.
