Sand（砂）はShipwreckedで見られる資源です。砂浜バイオームにあるSandy Pile（砂の山）をショベルで掘ると得られます。砂の山は2回掘れ、掘りきった後はまたしばらくすると復活します。砂はゲーム中で必須ともいえるChimineaとSandbagを作るための材料となります。それぞれハリケーンシーズンとモンスーンシーズンで活躍します。他にもSand Castleを建てて正気度を回復させたりEmpty Bottleを作成したりできます。

強風が吹くとしばしば砂の山が勝手に掘り返されてしまいます。
