Mosquito Sack（蚊の血袋）は蚊が吸った血を貯める袋です。蚊を倒した時に50%の確率でドロップします。
蚊の血袋は使うことで輸血することができ、プレイヤーまたは他のモブに使用した場合、クモの巣と同様に 8 
を回復します。そして燃えやすく、火をつけることができる点もクモの巣と同じです。

Yellow Mosquito SacksはShipwreckedで導入されました。毒の蚊から入手することができ、使用することで 20 を回復することができます。
Don't Starve Together[]
Don't Starve Togetherでは、2つの蚊の血袋と1つのIceから4つの水風船を作ることができます。また、蚊の血袋を池の水で満たすことで水風船を1つ作ることもできます。
