Gramaphone (もしくはPhonograph) はAdventure Modeの最終章で、Nightmare Throneに座っているMaxwellの近くにあるstructureです。破壊することはできず、ゲーム内ではなんの役割ももっていません。Maxwellに最初に到達した時、Gramaphoneはいくつかのアップデートトレイラーで使用されているRagtimeを流しています。
Gramaphoneはスイッチを切ったり、もう一度入れたりすることができます。スイッチを切ると、Maxwellは"Thank you. I have been listening to that song for an eternity（ありがとう。その音楽を永遠に聞いていたところだった）" と言い、再度スイッチを入れると "Well, I guess I deserve that（まあ、私にはそれがふさわしいのだろう）"と言います。Maxwellを解放すると Gramaphoneは自動的に演奏をやめますが、プレイヤーキャラクターがNightmere Throneに収まると、Maxwellにしていたのと同じようにプレイヤーをあざけるために演奏を再開します。
Gramaphoneの部品に見えるような部分はゲームファイルに存在していますが、チートツールやコードを使わなければGramaphoneを取得することはできず、何の役割も果たしません。

- Gramaphoneの音楽は、Maxwell's Doorが開いているときにも聞こえます。
- このゲームではGramaphoneという表記ですが、現実の世界ではGramophoneと表記されます。これがたんなる間違いなのか、それとも意図的なものなのかは知られていません。
- もしプレイヤーがGramaphoneをConsoleを使ってスポーンさせ、その横で蘇生すると、Gramaphoneは演奏を始めます。
- ゲームファイルでは、gramaphoneが演奏している曲は"d9ney"と呼ばれています。
