Friendly Fruit Fly Fruit（フレンドリーフルーツフライの実）は、「Reap What You Sow」で追加されたDon't Starve Together専用のアイテムです。 フルーツフライの王様を倒す事で入手でき、世界に１つしか存在できません。 フレンドリーフルーツフライの実は１匹のフレンドリーフルーツフライを生み出します。フレンドリーフルーツフライは、フレンドリーフルーツフライの実を所持しているプレイヤーの後をついて回ります。フレンドリーフルーツフライが殺された場合、フレンドリーフルーツフライの実は６日で腐ってしまいます。 新しい実を入手するには、改めてフルーツフライの王様を倒す必要があります。

Friendly Fruit Fly(フレンドリーフルーツフライ)はフレンドリーフルーツフライの実から発生し、フレンドリーフルーツフライの実を持っているプレイヤーを追いかけます。フレンドリーフルーツフライは付近の農園を訪れ、プレイヤーが音楽を演奏した時と同様の幸福を農作物に与えます。
